Sleep is good. I remember the golden years of kindergarten, when we had nap time. Oh how I miss siesta, where the sleep fairy would *tap* you to sleep and *tap* you with the plastic gaudy wand to wake up. If only we had sleeping periods in between classes...*daydreams*
Thanksgiving love! Food was soo good. Pumpkin pie, turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, homemade Asian food (what do you expect from an Asian family?) and Martinelli's sparkling apple cider. There are no truly good Thanksgiving meals without Martinelli's. Oh, and I played four hours straight of DDR. I love that "Madame Butterfly" song, especially when it gets stuck in my head the rest of the year. Been giving my parents "hints" about a DDR set for Christmas...*hopeful*
But anyway, played way too long and my legs were sore the next morning and two big fat blisters were on my two biggest toes! Not a pleasant feeling, I grant you that. I went early next morning to the Black Friday sale at Staples, 5:30 is way too early. Didn't get what I wanted, but my dad bought a scanner. Finally! Now I can scan some artwork instead of taking digital pics! We stopped by Circuit City so I could buy the Grease soundtrack for 6 bucks but they ran out. So glad I didn't go to Circuit City first. *shudders* Never go there the morning after thanksgiving...300 people at least in the LA one, no joke.
Can't wait for Christmas! And guess what? A local radio station, KLITE, now plays Christmas songs! Hip-hip hooray! 3 more weeks of school left... *twitches eye*...almost two and a half weeks now...*clock is ticking*
